CDM Works provides local businesses with quality employees from the inner city who have been carefully prepared for entry into the workplace.

Staff work directly with local businesses to design a program to meet their employment needs. They also recruit and screen appropriate candidates, provide job-specific training and readiness and coordinate Employment Assistance to ensure retention of candidates through the first six months of work.

A unique feature of CDM Works is Employment Circle, a personalized social service component which includes helping job candidates focus, define and work toward career goals, overcome barriers to employment, find a job and continue training to advance to a career.
