Program Description:

Helping people find careers and stay out of survival jobs. We teach people how to market themselves correctly, how to think like the employer and how to survive and thrive in today's business culture. Each student will find their field-of-fascination and learn how to set goals accordingly. We teach our students how to access the hidden job market (75% of all jobs are NOT advertised). Students will also know how to answer hard questions in the interview (i.e. felonies, lack of work history, etc.)

Eligibility:

• Must be legal to work in the United States and must be over 17 years of age.

• GED not required.

• Students are referred into program by a caseworker.
