Families Together
Program Description:
The Families Together
program offers a single parent with up to three children housing and
supportive case management. ACH provides parents with multiple
services, including job training, employment assistance, medical
support, money management training, financial assistance, tutoring,
counseling, parenting training, access to social services, and help
finding a new home. Once admitted the family can move into Families
Together housing for up to nine months.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, parents must complete an application and attend an
eligibility interview. Parents with felony convictions, active drug or
alcohol addictions, TB, or who are not willing to work are not
eligible for this program.
