Seaborne Challenge Corps

 

Program description:

This 17 ½ month program provides education, training, career development, and service to the community for at-risk youth who are not performing well in high school. The first 5 ½ months are on the Seaborne campus. Applications are accepted all year.

 

Eligibility:

 

  • Male or female ages 16-18 on or before the first day of class

  • U.S. Citizen and resident of Texas

  • Willing and able to remain drug-free

  • With no charges, convictions, or felonies

  • Not meeting their educational potential

  • Sincere desire to change direction of their lives

  • Education

  • Training

  • Career Development

  • Service to the community

  • Mentors
