Youth Advocates in Action Internship

Texas Youth/Alumni Initiative seeks a local youth who has aged out of foster care to serve as a Technical Assistant.  This will be a part time position, 5-10 hours, each week to help create a local chapter of Youth Advocates in Action. 

Responsibilities include recruiting current and former foster youth, connect with youth/alumni chapters across the state to help focus on educating the community about foster care and work as equal partners with the child welfare system to advocate for system change.
