Guardianship Program & Money Management Program
Program Description:
Serves adults who lack the ability to manage personal or financial
affairs. Matches volunteers to serve as court-appointed guardians for
adults who lack the capacity to make personal and business decisions and
have no family members or friends to serve in that capacity. A money
management program utilizes volunteers in the roles of Bill Payers and
Representative Payees.
Eligibility:
Adult residents of Tarrant County or Parker County, determined
incapacitated by Court or determined to need a Representative Payee by
Social Security Administration.
