Program Description:
Owns 11 affordable housing communities in Austin and North Texas; complexes provide a variety of supportive services, including matched savings accounts.

Eligibility: Youth may apply before age 18, but cannot move in until they are at least 18 years of age.

Other important information:
* Call each property to check availability or get on waiting list.
* Must have a Section 8 voucher or prove rental history with income equal to 2.5 times rent or have a co-signor (income is 5 x rent).
* Criminal background check required.
* Savings match program for home buying or schooling.
